Cardiff Students Aikido
Promoting physical and mental wellbeing through traditional Japanese martial arts.
Proudly serving sixth form, college and university students across Cardiff and the surrounding area.
About our club
We are dedicated to teaching the art of Aikido: a traditional Japanese martial art that emphasizes harmony, self-discipline, and personal growth.
We welcome students of all ages and abilities, whether you are a complete beginner or an experienced practitioner. Our classes provide a supportive and respectful environment where you can develop your skills, improve your fitness, and build confidence.
Our instructors are passionate about sharing Aikido’s principles of balance, fluid movement, and effective self-defence. We focus on both the physical techniques and philosophical aspects of Aikido, helping students cultivate mindfulness and resilience in their daily lives.
Join us and become part of a tradition that promotes harmony, respect, and lifelong learning. We invite you to visit a class, meet our instructors, and experience Aikido for yourself. Your first session is free!
